At Scott Traders, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to assist you with clarity and fairness.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date your item is delivered.
To qualify for a return:

  • The customer must provide a genuine and valid reason for the return.

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Scott Traders reserves the right to approve or decline a return request based on the validity of the reason and the condition of the item.


2. Return Approval Process

  1. Customers must contact us at info@scotttraders.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.

  3. Our support team will review your request and respond with approval or additional instructions.

  4. Approved returns must be shipped back using the instructions provided by our team.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


3. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • If the reason for return is deemed genuine, a 100% refund will be issued.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Items that are damaged due to misuse or not returned in original condition may not qualify for a full refund.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. These may include but are not limited to:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items

  • Clearance or final-sale items

If a product is non-returnable, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Upload photos/videos of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
